    We take the time to understand your event, venue, vision, and the atmosphere you want your guests to experience. Through our enquiry form and consultation, we'll discuss aesthetics, colour palettes, floral preferences, guest numbers, budget, and key moments throughout the day.

    This stage is about understanding not only what you want your florals to look like, but how you want them to feel.

  • With a clear understanding of your vision, we begin developing a tailored floral concept. Drawing from your inspiration, venue architecture, seasonal availability, and our design philosophy, we curate a cohesive floral direction that reflects your story. This includes moodboards, colour studies, floral varieties, and preliminary styling ideas. Each proposal is thoughtfully designed to create harmony between the flowers, space, and experience.

  • You will receive a detailed floral proposal outlining all recommended floral elements, styling suggestions, and investment breakdown.

    We work collaboratively with you to refine the design, adjusting selections, scale, and priorities until every detail feels aligned.

    As your plans evolve, your floral design evolves with them.

  • Once confirmed, we move into the planning phase. Behind the scenes, we coordinate flower sourcing, logistics, mechanics, venue requirements, installation schedules, and production planning. Every stem, vessel, and structural element is carefully considered to ensure a seamless execution. This is where creativity meets precision.

  • In the days leading up to your event, our studio comes to life. Fresh flowers are conditioned, selected, and arranged by hand. Each bouquet, centrepiece, and installation is created with meticulous attention to form, texture, movement, and detail. Every piece is crafted specifically for your event.

  • For events requiring post-event services, our team returns to carefully dismantle installations, collect hired items, and restore the venue.
